Directions:
From the age of 12. Take 3 capsules per day at mealtime with a large glass of water, 10 days per month during the second half of the female cycle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
